How It Works
Step 1 - Customer Places order over the phone
Step 2 – The business owner selects "Add New Order" and takes their name and phone number and enters an “EPUT” (Estimated Pick Up Time)
Step 3 – Customer receives an order confirmation in the mobile app, or the customer can “Track My Order” from the Hey It’s Ready website
Step 4 – If the order is delayed or early the business is able to send a notification to the customer with the update
Step 5 – When the order is ready the Business enters “Order Ready" and this notifies the customer to pick up their order
